Is LoopHole free?
Yes. LoopHole is free to download on Google Play. The app is supported by ads. You can unlock short Pro periods by watching rewarded ads in-app.
Which platforms can I save from?
LoopHole is built for common social and video links (including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and more depending on availability). Platforms change often — if a specific link fails, try again later or contact support with the URL.
Where are my files saved?
Media is saved on your device into LoopHole’s library / local storage. We do not host your saved files on our servers.
What is Status Saver?
Status Saver is a LoopHole feature for keeping WhatsApp statuses before they expire (typically within 24 hours). It’s part of the same app — not a separate product.
A download failed — what should I try?
Check your connection, confirm the link is a specific post/reel (not a homepage or private profile), and retry. Some posts are private, deleted, or region-restricted. If it keeps failing, email us the exact link.
Do you collect my personal data?
LoopHole does not require an account. We may use device/ad identifiers and crash analytics via Google AdMob and Firebase. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Is there an iOS version?
Not yet. LoopHole is Android-first on Google Play. iOS is on the roadmap — watch the changelog for updates.
