Privacy Policy
Lionel Tchami (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the LoopHole mobile application (“LoopHole” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use LoopHole.
Information we collect
LoopHole does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the core App features.
Device and usage data
To operate, improve, and monetize LoopHole, we may process limited non-personal device and usage data, including:
- Advertising identifiers (for ads served via Google AdMob)
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics)
- General device information (OS version, device model)
- Aggregated analytics events (via Firebase Analytics)
Permissions
LoopHole may request storage or media permissions so you can save files to your device. We do not scan or upload your personal photo library to our servers.
How media links work
When you paste a link, the App may contact our processing backend to resolve publicly available media URLs. We do not host or permanently store the media content you save on our servers; files are saved on your device.
Third-party services
We use trusted third parties to run LoopHole:
- Google AdMob — advertisements
- Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config
These services may collect data according to their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Children’s privacy
LoopHole is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of LoopHole after changes means you accept the updated policy.
