Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using LoopHole, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the application. LoopHole is operated by Lionel Tchami.

Intended use

LoopHole is a media management tool that helps you save and organize publicly available content for personal, offline viewing on your own device.

User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the links you submit and the content you access or save with LoopHole. You agree not to use the App to infringe intellectual property rights or violate platform terms of any third party. Lionel Tchami / LoopHole does not host, store, or redistribute media files on our servers on your behalf; resolved media is saved locally on your device.

Ads and third-party services

LoopHole may display advertisements via Google AdMob and may use Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration. Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every link or platform, or error-free operation. Platforms may change their services at any time, which can affect App features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lionel Tchami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of LoopHole.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
